The Project Manager (PM) acts as a facilitator, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and managing coordination across the team.
The Digital Transformation Lead (DTL) drives technical and strategic direction, working closely with specialized members like the E-commerce Developer, UX/UI Designer, Data Analyst, and Marketing Specialist to meet project objectives.
